Er•go•nom•ics | plural, noun | From the Greek ergon meaning to work and nomos meaning natural laws. In essences ergonomics is about designing environments and products to suit the people who use them in order to improve wellbeing and optimise productivity.
2. The how and the why?
Working with technology with poor ergonomics can bring about physiological and psychological problems.
